We're building Invoeva because coding 100-line distributor invoices is the most expensive easy problem in hospitality finance.

The problem

Supplier invoices arrive as PDFs, emailed scans, photos from venue managers, and paper handed to the delivery driver. A hospitality controller running 5–30 venues spends Friday nights re-keying Sysco, Reinhart, and the local produce guy into Sage Intacct line by line — or, worse, summarising 100 lines into a single header total and losing the GL coding fidelity the business actually needs to manage food cost.

Generic AP tools like Bill.com and Ramp stop at the header. Hubdoc and Dext capture the document but don't map line items against your product catalog or convert units. The result: handwritten edits get missed, item codes drift, price changes go undetected for weeks, and the close keeps slipping. Invoeva exists to make this a 2-minute problem instead of a Friday-night problem.

For finance teams running 5–30 hospitality locations on Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or QuickBooks, Invoeva is the missing capture layer that turns supplier PDFs and emailed invoices into ERP-ready transactions. We map line items against your product catalog and flag price changes before they hit your books, because we built the validation rules accountants actually run by hand today.

Invoeva is built by a small team of engineers and finance ops people who used to do supplier-invoice data entry by hand. We watched controllers spend Friday nights coding 100-line distributor invoices into Sage Intacct line by line and decided to build the tool we wished we'd had.

We're hospitality-finance-shaped, not generic-AP-shaped.
